I am talking about the design, the structure of placing is quite hard or impossible to make your own. I think that if it is obvious that someone stole the idea it is wrong. Like having the same colors and identical text. But just having the same colors is a completely other story. I think when comparing two galleries it becomes quite obvious that one is a copy of the other or not. Then actually proving who was first might not be as easy... Usually people will trust the bigger and more successful guy.
