I used RS and I have a 30-50K clicks a day,
Only few signups. I try to promote ARS and TopBucks,
But I read ARS is not good. Please, if you are know reliable sponsors with good conversation ratio please
Help me. What conversation ratio you will consider good?

I can't make a single sing up. I have about 150K uniq on my page and 225 uniq on my sponsor. I don't know where's the problem. This is my page http://xbabe.net/teens/21/

I think you should try to describe the site a bit more. How many pictures, movies etc. Also try to make the surfer horny, try to make him belive that he will se more of that girl doing hardcore pics or what ever.
And a oddsize/flash banner could bring some more clicks.
