Just bought this piece of soft, and its slow as hell, maybe you could guy invest more in your servers, the longest waiting times are at 62.5% when connecting to DB. Far from 20 minutes promised...it takes at least one hour.
HOpe some traffic will be from that...

All is ok with our server. Maybe you have just slow connect to russian servers... please try a bit later.
