ok i can acces the site just not allowed to use the tgps list WTF
tried asking wad and well, 2 emails and nothing YET !!
this is not good !
im missing out on money as i cant make do anything if i cant access the tgps..
anybody have any idea why this has happend ?

iBill doesn't bill your credit card. so there nothing to return 
iBill works not so good last time and decline or refund/revokes a lot of credit card without any reason. This is why we add secondary billing processor for our customers who can't buy membership using iBill.

I have to agree. IBIll sucks. The PSW Billing service works MUCH better.
