Hey guys,
what's up with this?
is this just me, or have the same thing.
Russian submitter is so slow for last two days for me. Submits for 3 hrs. on my end.

The newest RC6 is the fastest version I've seen yet.
The RC5 did stop submitting after a while, but that is fixed in RC6.

One reason could be because Porn City's TGPM software is down so RS seems to be waiting along time to get the time outs. I noticed that if it gets 8 tgps to submit to at once that are using this then it hangs waiting and then goes along pretty good after that.
