I am still geting email, with confirmations of gallery submission which I submitted on 2002-01-11. I used your software just for 4 times. I tried your software, I am not satisfied, I want refund.

If you used it just 4 times why did you wait a whole month to request a refund?
And the fact that you haven't earned any money don't have anything to do with RS. But with YOU, apparently don't know how to market the sponsors on your gallery. Not to mention that do you really think you will earn anything from your first 4 galleries submitted!?
