What do others do when you have say 4 sites and want to do a daily submission for each? My real issue is the IP address. If a site only allows you to submit once a day it use the IP as a identifier. Now I have multiple machines available to submit from. But the gateway is not going to change. What do others do?

What kind of stupid answer to a legitimate problem is that? How is submitting a gallery for each of 4 sites break the rules? Get with the concept here. Don't tell me nobody has more than one site. Further don't tell me that daily submission of each of those sites is breaking rules. Each site is allowed one submission or more in some cases. Sounds like you don't understand the technical issue of the original question. I am not trying to cheat or get away with anything. I want to submit a gallery for each of my 4 sites. Thats all!!! Damn!!!

As far as I know, TGPs with restrictions in the amount of galleries sent say "1 gallery per webmaster" not "1 gallery per domain". Whether it makes sense or not (is it better 2 GOOD galleries from the same webmaster or 10 SHIT galleries from different webmasters?), those are the rules, you can follow them or not, but don't ask publicly how to break them, in any case you'd figure it out by yourself

Stupid questions get stupid answers. There are some TGPs allowing one gallery per domain. But that is only a few, most of them say X galleries per WEBMASTER (as cocobongo just explained).
And since you say you don't want to cheat anyone, then just submit. Sites allowing one gallery per domain won't care if you use the same IP or not since they allow that. So why did you even ask about this in the first place then?
Only reason anyone would want to change the IP is to cheat. And I for one will not help someone trying to do that.

if everybody submitted 4 sites day than probably also your galleries wouldn't get listed due to huge competition.
However since you seem you really need this info I'll give it to you in exchange of compensating my losses I'll suffer due to this - say $1.000 may be sufficient
